Booking Policy

Bookings can be made through our official website (www.glassforest.in) or authorized travel partners.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.

Guests must provide accurate contact details and valid identification at the time of check-in.

The management reserves the right to decline a booking if details are incomplete or fraudulent.
Payment Terms

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or any approved digital wallet.

All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Any additional services (meals, transportation, etc.) will be charged separately.
Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 1:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of check-in to cover damages or additional services.
Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Use of Property

The villa and all its facilities are for registered guests only.

Please maintain cleanliness and handle furniture, appliances, and decor with care.

Loud music, parties, or events that disturb other guests or neighbors are not permitted after 10 PM.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing before check-in.
-
Guests are responsible for any damage to property or amenities caused during their stay.
Liability

Glass Forest is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Guests are advised to secure valuables and travel documents.

The management shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, or accident occurring within the premises.

Guests are requested to adhere to safety instructions around the pool, balconies, and outdoor areas.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control, Glass Forest reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Alternate dates or credit vouchers may be offered in such cases.
Photography & Marketing

Guests may take personal photographs for private use.

Commercial or promotional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

By staying at Glass Forest, guests consent to the use of non-identifiable images for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
