Booking Cancellations
We accept cancellations made through our official website or authorized booking partners.

Refund Process

If your booking was made through a travel partner (e.g. MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, etc.), their refund process and timelines may apply.
Date Change Policy

Guests may request a change of stay dates up to 5 days before check-in, subject to room availability.

Price differences (if any) for the new dates will apply.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Guest does not show up on the day of check-in.

Early departure or unused nights after check-in.

Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in.

Bookings made under non-refundable or special promotional rates.
Special Circumstances
In the event of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unavoidable operational reasons, Glass Forest reserves the right to offer alternative dates or credit vouchers instead of cash refunds.
