Check-in & Other Policies:

The usual standard check-in time is 2 PM & Check-out time is 10 AM. Delay in Check-out may attract next day stay charges.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the property. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.

Visitors are generally allowed to meet guests in the guest rooms & Lobby Area during the day. Visitors are not to be allowed to stay overnight.

From 11 PM to 7 AM is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.

No Loud Music is allowed after 10.30 PM.

Last Kitchen order is 10.30 PM, staff will retire for the day after 10.30 PM, no service will be available beyond this time, barring emergency situations.

Breakfast timings are between 8.30 AM till 10.30 AM.

Complimentary breakfast (if in your room plan) will consist of Aaloo Bhaji or Stuffed Parantha, Bread Toast & Bread Omelette, complimented with Tea or Hot Coffee, any thing extra will be chargeable as per the menu.

Bedsheets and quilt covers will be replaced every third day, used towels will be changed every day.

Room keys to be handed over at the reception area at check out, lost room keys will be charged 1500/- per key.

Outside food, Zomato/Swiggy etc. are not allowed at the property.

For security reasons the main gate of the property will be locked 11 PM till 8 AM.
Code of Conduct:

You should be aware that you may be refused service or eviction in case:
a) You act in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests,
b) You destroy, damage, deface or threaten harm to property or guests,
c) Being unruly with the staff. -
Please keep your room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. You may be held liable for any damage to the Property (except normal wear and tear).
Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol

Smoking/Vaping/Hookah is “STRICTLY” prohibited in rooms, lounge & restaurant areas.

Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances classified under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 will be reported to the police and asked to leave the premises. Any evidence or suspicion of drug use at the property will also be reported immediately to the police.

Drinking alcohol is prohibited in all public areas including the lobby, common areas and restaurant. Please contact the staff regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages within your room, without disturbing the discipline of the property or other guests.
